Message	My head lights don't work at all high and low beams do not work. I do have a hid conversion kit (was in the car when I got it) and never have worked since I got it. I know the owner before me had them working I have seen pics but what could be the problem ? Ballasts? Is there a chance both fuses went out? Or all four bulbs went out?
